Security

All files uploaded to PriceBlocs are stored securely and are private by default.

Files attached to payment links are only made accessible to the purchaser through secure download links they receive via email.

When a customer clicks on any download link within their email receipt, they are then redirected to a unique secure content download page.

We use encryption to generate secure content access tokens, which expire 5 mins after the page is first accessed. After expiration, your customer will need to refresh access to their content through their initial receipt email.

Each time a customer clicks on a download link within the secure content download page, we generate a new secure file access url on the server, which expires immediately after use.
